As a Recruitment Specialist, you will source and identify exceptional
candidates for our clients. Utilizing our recruitment process, you will:

.. Analyze our clients' diverse resource requirements, develop effective job
descriptions, and manage the job requirements cycle.
.. Develop marketing/advertising strategies and utilize creative search
methods to source both active and passive jobs seekers.
.. Assess and short list applicants, and manage the process to "hire".
.. Negotiate compensation/rates, contract terms, and employment offers.
.. Build and manage candidate/client relationships
.. Manage, maintain, and expand our candidate pool database and help identify
new business and branding opportunities.
